About Carly Cohen

Originally from Cleveland, Ohio, Carly Cohen developed a strong connection to Boston from an early age through frequent visits to family in the area. After years of returning to the city, she officially made Boston home following her graduation from the University of Richmond in 2024.

While at Richmond, Carly was a four-year member and two-year captain of the women's tennis team, where she honed the leadership, discipline, and teamwork skills that continue to shape her professional approach today. Balancing the demands of collegiate athletics taught her the value of preparation, communication, and performing under pressure. These qualities continue to influence the way she approaches her work and supports clients.

Prior to joining Kopman Adler + Co. in February 2026, Carly worked in the marketing department at CrossCountry Mortgage, where she supported nationwide marketing initiatives for loan officers and branch teams across the country. In that role, she developed a reputation for being highly organized, detail-oriented, and responsive, while helping deliver exceptional service and support to both clients and colleagues.

As a Sales Assistant with Kopman Adler + Co., Carly plays an integral role in supporting the team's day-to-day operations, client communications, and transaction management. Her strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and commitment to providing a seamless experience help ensure that every client feels informed, supported, and cared for throughout the process.

Outside of work, Carly enjoys taking fitness classes at studios throughout the Boston area, exploring new restaurants and coffee shops, and spending time on Newbury Street. She loves discovering all that the city has to offer and continues to deepen her connection to the community she has enjoyed visiting for years.
