About ALEXANDRA CASEY

Alexandra “Alex” Casey is the Director of Operations at Kopman Adler + Co. and a licensed real estate agent, playing a pivotal role in the team’s operations and client experience. Joining the team in April 2022, she brings nearly four years of experience in Boston’s luxury real estate market and a rare blend of organization, strategic insight, and genuine enthusiasm.

 

Before transitioning into real estate, Alex served as Chief of Staff and Director of Operations for Yale University’s Football Program, where she oversaw team logistics, budgeting, community outreach, and communication. Leading a high-performing organization in a fast-paced, pressure-driven environment honed the precision, problem-solving ability, and composure that now define her work at Kopman Adler + Co.

 

As Director of Operations, Alex ensures that every listing, renovation, and transaction is executed with meticulous attention to detail. From coordinating listing preparations and marketing to managing project budgets and timelines, she is a central force in creating a seamless, well-orchestrated experience for clients and the team alike.

 

A native of Southington, Connecticut, Alex graduated from Endicott College in 2015, where she served as Captain of the Women’s Tennis Team. She now resides in Watertown with her husband, Jarrod, and enjoys exploring Boston’s many neighborhoods.
