About MEGAN KOPMAN

Megan Kopman is the team leader of Kopman Adler. Megan’s clients find her by word of mouth and appreciate her attention to detail, focus on real time data driven advice, and details matter approach that she learned as her time as a commercial real estate attorney at Goodwin Procter. Megan consistently sources unique and hard to find opportunities for her clients and is constantly focused on creating value. Megan has sold over $700 million in real estate over her almost 20 year career but does not evaluate her success by a number. Megan evaluates her success one client at a time by creating a true luxury experience for each and every client. Luxury to Megan is a client experience – not a price point.

Megan grew up in St. Louis Missouri and attended John Burroughs High School where she made life-long friends and connections. Megan graduated from Vanderbilt University in 1994 and spent her pre-law school years in Aspen, Boulder Colorado and Washington D.C. before landing in Boston for law school at Northeastern University. Megan began her law career in the commercial real estate department of Day Pitney and later moved to Goodwin Procter where she worked on complex real estate financing and acquisitions and dispositions of large portfolios of hotels, offices and large multi-families. In 2005, Megan transitioned to residential real estate in her local South End neighborhood in Boston and founded her own firm. From there, Megan joined Campion and Company and eventually landed at her forever home – Compass. Megan specializes in Boston’s city neighborhoods and has lived in the South End and Back Bay for over 20 years before moving to the Moss Hill section of Jamaica Plain to be closer to her children’s school in Brookline. Megan leads a team of 5 smart, experienced agents focusing in the Boston Luxury Residential Real Estate Market.
