Jillian Adler is the co-founder and a principal broker at Kopman Adler + Co., recognized for her exceptional work ethic, deep market knowledge, and unwavering commitment to her clients. A licensed Massachusetts real estate professional since 2009, Jillian has achieved over $550 million in sales volume since 2011 as part of the team.

 

As a longtime resident of several of Boston’s neighborhoods, Jillian offers clients an insider’s understanding of the city’s diverse communities – pairing sharp market insight with a genuine appreciation for each neighborhood’s unique character and lifestyle. Her sellers benefit from her exclusive staging and property preparation services, designed to maximize sale potential, minimize days on market, and present every home at a luxury standard.

 

At Kopman Adler + Co., Jillian also plays a key role in advising developers, investors, and homeowners on where and how to invest. She leverages her project management skills and market expertise to help clients choose neighborhoods, renovation scopes, and design decisions that enhance resale value and support their long-term investment goals.

 

Jillian earned her B.A. from the University of Massachusetts Amherst, with a dual degree in Psychology and Communications. A native of Greenwich, Connecticut, she now calls Boston’s South End home. Outside of real estate, Jillian is an avid runner who completed the 2019 Boston Marathon in support of the YMCA, and she enjoys boxing, traveling, and staying active in her community.
